L'affascinante attrice, produttrice, compositrice, regista ed infine cantante newyorkese "Barbra Straisand" dopo 4 anni dal suo ultimo disco d'oro "Guilty Pleasures" esce finalmente anche in Italia col suo ultimo capolavoro intitolato "Love is the answer".
Il disco è uno "standard jazz" ed è stato prodotto e suonato niente meno che dalla pianista jazz Diana Krall; gli arrangiamenti orchestrali, sono stati invece diretti da Johnny Mandel, Anthony Wilson e Alan Broadbent.
