BLACKsummers' night è il quarto album in studio per musicista Maxwell, rilasciato il 7 luglio 2009 dalla Columbia Records. L'album è stato registrato tra il 2007 al 2009 negli Chung King Studios, Bowery digitale, e Platinum Sound Recording Studios di New York.
La produzione è stato gestito da Maxwell e da Hod David, BLACKsummers' night è la prima parte di una trilogia che verrà pubblicata fino al 2012 da Maxwell.
